Blxck X released his highly anticipated mixtape, GRXMM, on Friday, on the day of horror & one of the biggest days in Hip Hop. Friday, the 13th is by definition considered an unlucky day and is a famous Western superstition. X dropped GRXMM on the same day as one of his aspirations, Kendrick Lamar. Canna Coast was cast out of the mixtape before the release of the project.

Th reason Canna Coast was not in it is because I uploaded the wrong audio file. So, with distributor I use, I had to wait for the release to drop first and replace the audio I uploaded.

It is by X’s confirmation that Canna Coast was not intentionally excluded and he will be put on the mixtape in the long run. Pretoria’s finest, Dxniel Fxrbes was the surprise act on the mixtape, and the song he’s featured on FROSTBITE is one of the loved songs in the project. Fxrbes has a great relationship with Komani creatives, so the feature was not by any means a shocker. X, though, disclosed that Fxrbes substituted Snoxx Melodic on the song who was the initially featured artist. Melodic sent his verse but Fxrbes’ was the most appealing to the record and X added that Melodic understood the nature of being cut out of the project. X concluded that he’s working on something with Melodic and his fans should expect more content from him including music videos. The mixtape have been receive positive reception and X is appreciative of his fans.
