Arguably the most self-explanatory name, StillShine is a rising star from Whittlesea who’s in the game to tell his side of the story.
StillShine, whose real name is Lisa Nono is a Whittlesea rapper, which have seen the dawn of the Hip Hop industry in 2019. He was influenced by a friend to rap and collectively, every friend of his started rapping. He’s released two projects to date, which the recent one has been released a week ago. Just A Taste was his debut project, which he released in 2021, followed by I’ll Return A Stronger Man, which sparked controversy and was released last week. The Riky Rick’s suicide inspired album had StillShine’s fans in stitches as they thought that he was suicidal.
He posted a long paragraph on his IG story which had Leo Brown and Blxck X as his references. He believes that he’s good at what he’s doing on his own rights but Brown and X are exemplary. When I asked him about this, he said that music is not something he’s devoted to because it takes time for one to generate income. Which is not the case for Brown and X who are devoted to their rap careers.
