Dancer and digital content creator, Kamvalethu Kay Ratele, gets on the wrong side of the socials after sharing her supposedly insensitive opinion.

Ratele is known for her great dance moves, digital content creation, and obviously sharing an unapologetic piece of her mind. Unfortunately, today wasn’t her day. Ratele shared Asii Fandeso’s status that read, “We shouldn’t be blaming the 10-year-olds, we should be blaming the men that got them pregnant.”. Ratele’s shared caption read, “Rhaa bavulelani bena 10.” which translates to “Why they open their legs at age 10.”. This brought amusement to others and heartache to others.

It was revealed on the 17th of August 2021 by the media that over 20 000 teenagers are pregnant in Gauteng. The stats included 10-year-olds and 12-year-olds. Ratele has been offline ever since she posted the post an hour ago.
