Zintle Kelepu brought a shocker to many when she pulled Mr. & Miss Mlungisi 2021 off. Kelepu’s first official beauty contest event was meant to be Mr. & Miss Black Diamond Ambassador, which is postponed to the 9th of October because of Covid-19 protocols.

“Aim is to work hand in hand with the youth to bring about positive impact in our society and to boost one’s self-esteem.”

Past Saturday, Akhanya Stawuti and Timna Nzuzo made the day look part when they impressed the judges to the core. They walked out of Wilkison Hall in Army Base with Mr. & Miss Mlungisi titles respectively. Stawuti was also Mr. Popularity alongside Miss Popularity, Salizwa Marwanqana. Nzuzo already holds 5 titles in her name, Miss Beaty & Confidence (Queen), Miss Teen Queenstown (First Princess), Miss Teen Queenstown (Social Butterfly), Miss Black Diamond Ambassador (Semi-finalist), and Miss Mlungisi (Queen), while it’s a first of many for Stawuti. Komani is a no-male contestants zone in beauty pageants, and Kelepu brought back the culture of male’s admired handsomeness. Kelepu has birthed her first baby and the second pageant is the second of many. The reign continues.
